The Geneva edition wood watch has a bold yet beautiful look about it. Very much like the city of Geneva itself.

The ideal gift for a birthday, anniversary or wedding. This watch comes complete with gift packaging, optional gift note and a branded collectors bamboo box.

It stylishly features sporty chronograph dials, cut into the finest quality wood.

The brown model is made from Zebrawood and Ebony wood. Zebrawood is characterised by its striped features which are reminiscent of a zebra. It is an exotic wood mainly found in central parts of Africa. Ebony is a dense wood that is finely textured and found in luxury items. It has a long history dating back to the Egyptians.

Being naturally lightweight it is comfortable to wear all day long without irritation.

Returns

We allow returns on all watches (including personalised) within 30 days of receiving your order, this is calculated by the date shown as delivered on your tracking. We only accept returns where the watch is in a resellable condition without any damage or signs of use.

Christmas Holidays

If ordering for Christmas any orders placed between 1st October - 24th December are eligible to be returned by 25th January.

1 Year Warranty

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the watch is faulty, damaged or not as described within the standard 1 year warranty provided with all watches. On occasions we may require a photo or video of the watch in question. Your 1 year warranty starts from the point of delivery as indicated on the tracking number associated with your order.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 7 working days for us to process and refund you from the point of receiving your returned order.

Sale items

If a sale item is purchased you are only entitled to the refund amount originally paid and not of its pre-sale value.

Exchanges

We only replace watches if they are defective, damaged or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thewoodlookgifts.com first.

Engravings

We will engrave your order exactly as per the design you create before checkout. We will send you an order confirmation email with the engraving image shown. If there is an issue please get in touch straight away as we may not always be able to amend engravings after an order has been placed. If you have made a mistake engraving and we have already shipped your order we can send a replacement engraving back plate at an additional cost.
