If you require a replacement engraving or simply a blank back case. A free mini screwdriver is provided to help you remove the 4 screws on the back of the watch.

Please ensure to choose the correct model and colour before personalising your back plate.

Orders will be delivered by your national delivery service or a major international courier such as DHL, UPS or FedEx.

We charge tax for EU destinations only up to the value of €150. If your order exceeds this value you may incur additional custom and tax charges. 

Here at The Wood Look we try to keep the returns and refunds process as simple as possible. 

Returns

We allow returns on all watches (including personalised) within 30 days of receiving your order, this is calculated by the date shown as delivered on your tracking. We only accept returns where the watch is in a resellable condition without any damage or signs of use.

Christmas Holidays

If ordering for Christmas any orders placed between 1st October - 24th December are eligible to be returned by 25th January. 

1 Year Warranty

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the watch is faulty, damaged or not as described within the standard 1 year warranty provided with all watches. On occasions we may require a photo or video of the watch in question. Your 1 year warranty starts from the point of delivery as indicated on the tracking number associated with your order. 

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 7 working days for us to process and refund you from the point of receiving your returned order.

Sale items

If a sale item is purchased you are only entitled to the refund amount originally paid and not of its pre-sale value. 

Exchanges

We only replace watches if they are defective, damaged or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thewoodlookgifts.com first.

Engravings

We will engrave your order exactly as per the design you create before checkout. We will send you an order confirmation email with the engraving image shown. If there is an issue please get in touch straight away as we may not always be able to amend engravings after an order has been placed. If you have made a mistake engraving and we have already shipped your order we can send a replacement engraving back plate at an additional cost.
