How to measure a wrist for a wooden watch

When thinking about purchasing a wooden watch for someone special it is often a good idea to try and get a measurement of an existing watch that fits. Doing this will help you make an informed decision on whether you need to purchase any extra links along with your watch.

To measure a watch, we recommend taking a flexible measuring tape. This will make it much easier to measure. Alternatively you can use a ruler and place the bracelet as flat as possible and measure both sides.

Next measure from one end of the bracelet to another, it is best to try and pop the watch on a wrist or some sort of cushion to make sure the measurement is accurate.

As you can see, this bracelet roughly measures 210mm, you can check each watch on our website for their bracelet length to determine if you need to add or remove any links.
You can also measure each individual link to work out exactly how many you may need.
